- Conduct Business & Organization Review: Finalize precise job specifications and conduct in-depth preparatory discussions to obtain complete understanding of the role, the organization’s operations & environment, management style and work culture. Agree on a time-line for the search exercise.
- Analyze Needs: Jointly create and agree on candidates’ requirements, responsibilities, job specifications, skills and competencies and key performance expectation.
- Develop Sourcing Strategy: Develop a list of target companies. Essentially mapping and determining the search universe for the search project. Our dedicated research team conducts this exercise.
Phase II
- Search and Shortlist: In depth evaluation, assessment and matching of candidates to the position’s requirement. Identifying the list of prospective candidates identified through search, networking, referrals, database mining. Conduct preliminary Interviews with relevant and qualified prospective candidates. Improve and refine the list of prospective qualified candidates.
- In-depth Interviews: Qualified (best fit) candidates will be invited for an in-depth and detailed discussions. They will be assessed on technical expertise, professional experience, communication and management skills, qualitative and quantitative achievements, personality and soft skills.
- Client Interaction: Arrangements with clients to interview and assess the candidates they wish to shortlist as a result of reviewing the profiles provided to them.
Phase III
- Reference Checking: Conducted on final candidates who are engaged in on-going interviews with the clients, wherever possible.
- Offer Stage: Upon identification of the final candidate, proceed to complete and negotiate the offer on behalf of both parties.
